58W must be very popular in Finland in Poland 58W lamps are heard to get, we only use 36W

Wow. What lamps are they at 0:20 and 0:28? The ones in the "cages" should be PL 9 with Osram fixtures

Instead of just EOL tubes, I think there are some stuck starters also.

Yes, the starters got stuck right few minutes after turning them on. The right side light at the end did flicker too before I filmed it.

The flickering of fluorescent tubes going EOL drives me crazy... and I flinch every time I see it starting to blink. I saw an OSRAM Lumilux L58W/840 fluorescent tube going EOL the other day at work and then the safety starter (which is an OSRAM ST171) triggered. And my boss replaced the tube with a RADIUM NL58W/840 (clover-tube).

These are probably crap quality Chinese products which are shoddily manufactured. There are much better quality LED products that are fine. Nothing wrong with LEDs

You should remove the starters from the bulbs so you can use them for fluorescent fixtures
