Never thought preheat ballasts could go bad. For me most reliable light Source, some 70s-80s ones still running in grandparents garage

@@mrlampbtw I have three of these 2x 28w bulbs but one of the starters just went bad i don’t have any replacement starters for it so I have to extract one from one of my 2 pin cfl bulbs that recently went bad
