I wish you were out here that I can hire you to do this change for me. Here in MA .. they made me get a motorcycle license for my 2015 Metro even though it is a 49cc engine; top speed only about 33 mph.

I wish I could have someone like you help me with this modification; I'm handy but afraid... you're not kidding the top speed is about 35-38 mph GOING DOWN HILL AND WIND AT YOUR BACK.... the state made me get a motorcycle license for this slug... barely goes 32mph to 35mph. ONly 1500 miles since I bought it new too... and starting this back up again. Quick question: this was the first time I tried to fill it with air and I can't because the wheel rim gets in the way. I have just ordered a right angle inflator adapter.

I had this problems with vacuum pumps to supply fuel on my 2 twins carbys,,i fixed with a simple eletric pump whit a relay switch to the ignition 12 voltage ,,run when engine on an stops when you turn off the engine ,,easy,,

Ok, a few things match here. I have a XS1P37QMA-2A. It's a SYM/Peugeot engine. its OK on the bore size, 37mm, but acording to most common knolege the MA size doesnt even show on charts, but has 50cc displacement due to its 47mm stroke. If it is a 50cc it should be an MB, so there are things to consider wend buying a big bore like the height of the cilinder. Also this engine is an "hammer head" instead of the comon ones with a full cover, so how compatible is it with upfrade kits?

Im STRONGLY considering getting the ruckus. It looks better than the Navi. The only issue is i way 300lbs & that 49cc bike is barely gonna move lol. Im in cali & i wanna avoid having to register it & all that --it. Is there a way to have it look stock from the outside but have better internals 4 more performance? You have to deal with bad weather. Safety features are not there, like in standard vehicles. If you get in an accident, you are unlikely to be protected by a scooters design.
