Instead of frying, prefer to bake ,with very little oil/fat. Frying makes it too oily.

What wrappers do you use? The only ones I can find, have to be soaked in water first, and are pretty thin. Kind of a pain to work with.

So it doesn't seem like you're answering anybody that has questions for you. Was gonna ask if you rinsed the potatoes? Why pit them in a separate bowl if you didn't do something to them.
