The ultimate potato wedges recipe packed with flavour. We've come up with 2 ways to make potato wedges. You don't even need an oven to make these delicious potato wedges. These potato wedges are even better than french fries. The potato wedges are mixed with lots of spices and herbs. The potato wedges work in perfect harmony if they are consumed after dipping into mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
Seasoning Mix:

Salt- 1 tsp
Paprika- 2 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder- 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder- 1/2 tsp
Basil leaves- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Potato 600gm
Fried Potato Wedges:

Cornflour- 1/4 cup
Flour- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- a pinch
Non-oven Potato Wedges:

Cornflour- 2 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Coriander- 1 tsp
Half of the seasoning mix

Instead of frying, prefer to bake ,with very little oil/fat. Frying makes it too oily.

Try 350 degrees Fahrenheit in an oven for 30 minutes(sorry about the none metric temps). It looked as though the presenter was using a dutch oven, so a regular oven should work just fine.
