I have not cleaned the injectors, but I used sea fome, or you can use fuel injector cleaner;

Can these be removed without setting the timing marks first. All the vids I've seen on this mod, everybody just removes them. I'm concerned about the timing jumping .

You will have no issues; just do the mod and you will be fine. There is almost no chance of a timing jump. After we did the mod, the ticking went away and the bike is running extremely well.

Yes the Orange fuel lin is a bit tricky to take off, there is a clip on the bottom of the orange box and you have to pull it down and un clip it. Good luck.

The main bolt was loose and needed to be torqued. There was nothing wrong with the bolt or the pulley.

So that was the new stator you put in 6 months previous to this? ... Do you think it was a poor quality stator? Installation error? Or something else?

@@a.b1266 The stator screws come loose; it was our fault of not torquing them and not putting a blue lock tite.

Hi. Can you tell me why you put a crash bar on the inner side of the frame as opposed to the outer side of the frame ? How many inches wide is it ?

Hello, the reason I put the bar on the inside is because my legs are too short. I have tried both ways, and this is most comfortable for me. You may put them on the outside of the frame.
