Likely to happen in second half od 2024. The source did not share details about what camera we can expect. I can see three possibilities: OM-10V OM-5II Pen-FII I see no chance this being a OM-M1x… Let’s see if I can gather some more info the upcoming weeks.

Is anyone having battery issue with this TT350 ? I have tried different battery brand but it doesn't last especially in TTL mode.

Thanks! This is the most convoluted process to recall a custom mode and is not explained well anywhere else. There are just too many steps that should just be assigned to a function button or better yet the dial as on the OM1.

The controls being on the right side is a real head-scratcher. I’d be tempted to crack it open and see if I could mod it with a dremel. Otherwise, I want one! Does it have a quick way to turn groups on and off while retaining their power settings?

@RobTrek I'm not able to change the ISO settings. They are grey. I haven't got a memory card in it though, does that effect it? Your video has been super helpful!

The LX100 II is my EDC. I found your comment about the D Lux 8 strips off features from the LX100 II yet it is considerably more expensive. Follows the phrase "less is more".

If you get your hands on a Pentax MZ-S you should also try the Pentax FA Limited range of lenses, Rob. My favorite one is the 43mm f/1.9 but I also loved making portraits with the 77mm f/1.8. The only one I never used is the 31mm f/1.8

I would love a MFT lens like the one in the LX100ii. Preferably from OM System. That would be fantastic on any PEN camera.

I always like these streams. It's a bit of "stream of consciousness" but it always touches on subjects I haven't encountered before which prompts research on my part.

Just because technology is six years old, it does not mean that it is any less capable or lesser value than a more recently introduced model. They may well be ‘different’ but not necessarily better. For instance I upgraded from a G7 to a G9 and the G9 has a better shutter and many great controls, BUT, it lacks a pop-up flash for convenience and lacks some 4k photo and very importantly [for me] the auto Panorama feature. So, apart from the improved shutter [which the GX80 also has] and weather sealing , the newer camera has no essential stuff that increases its value to me. They are all great in their own way.

I think I prefer the plastic sheet screen protectors rather than tempered glass. They are cheap enough to peel off and replace with new ones. They are usually supplied in packs of two anyhow.
