Does anyone know if to get the second form your chao has to go into the cocoon and “evolve” again? I have an adult dark chao that is fly type and i see its horns changing but it is morphing again when i give it an animal/drive of another type. Does it need to go into the cocoon for fly/power before i can raise other stats?

You have to only level one stat before evolving, even if the highest stat is run, they can become a stamina/run type if they leveled stamina first. Not sure about reincarnation stats

Two years ago my Nuetral Swim Chao was a Swim/Flying type. And today I'm making him a Swim/Normal type. That's not all though as I have a brown two-tone hero Chao that I want to make a Swim/Run type and a blue two-tone dark Chao whose second evolution is to be determined. Yet the dark swim type could become a Swim/Power type.

Even years later and Chao are still fun to raise. Hopefully the anniversary Sonic game reintroduces the Chao Garden with updated visuals. They are several Chao that could benefit from a tweak to their coloration, mainly two-tone normal types.

Normal/neutral/fly it's like nights and Normal/dark/fly it's like the nights villian
