Yeah, I just about put those on my 64 Galaxie fastback 401FE when I took off the too loud 2 chamber 3" Jegs Flowmasters. So glad I didn't. Too new school raspy. I went with Dynomax super turbo instead. A lot quieter but not too quiet. Not raspy or snappy.

I've watched this video a bunch of times. I am currently building a 440 for a 69 Super Bee. I am going to run a Preformer RPM and Holley 850 vacuum secondary to start with but, plan on switching to a Weiand tunnel ram and 2 Holley 600 vacuum secondary carbs. What jet size are you running on the primaries ? and what power valve on the primaries ? Your answer would save me a lot of trial and error. Thanks in advance. Will.

What's heads did u have on that and where did you get the stroker kit
@rocker12103 жыл бұрын
Those are Edelbrock Performer RPM heads, and I put the stroker rotating assembly together - Molnar 4.15 stroke forged crank, with Molnar 6.76 forged rods, and then Wiseco ProTru Street forged aluminum 11:1 pistons designed for the stroked application. It was a solid bottom end combo and ran great.

Definitely depends on where you're at...some okay dirt at that place, but definitely a lot of sugar sand in other nearby places. If you can ride in the sand, you can ride on anything!
