Our social welfare system is far too generous. You can have accommodation, clothing, food, laptops, games consoles, drink, and cigarettes without working! Ridiculous, why would these parasites work when they can have everything without doing so.

As a person who would be disgusted by Fianna Fáil I would still be able to say that Brían Lenihen was a decent man and actually cared about the affairs of state and the Irish people. I wish his family as well as can be expected. Loss is terrible for all of us. He wrote plans that he knew would happen after he was gone. A very decent man and only Irish people will get the WHOLE significance of that iteration. A man of grace and courage is a great legacy.

I commend this young lady for taking the steps to better hers and her children's lives. However, there are people who are receiving benefits and have no intention of putting in the work to change their situation. They want more money to buy gaming systems and tvs.
