Just got mine looks the part but nearly pulled my back out trying to remove the seat how he make it look so easy. It seems to be stiff when ya put the seat on but taking it off was difficult,Is it coz it’s new. secondly I’ve got an oval light separate in the box does this just change over from the round one in front. No info on that on net.

I did that for a carpet and put it on 1200 but for some reason it doesn’t do the 1200 power spin and the carpet I put inside comes out soaked . Is my machine broken ? Should I do something differently ?

Hello, I bought the same type and I always face a problem with not removing the perfumed material and liquid detergent even though I put it in the required and correct way and did not mix them. Now it is just water running over the solid material in the third part of the place designated for withdrawing laundry materials. What do you advise me to do to get the washing materials out? Thank very much though i press water level and delayed program at the same time

Use weed whacker line about 1' 1/2" long and run it through into the water hole line as far it will go back and forth to clear blockage a few times. Now you're good to go!
