Hello, I bought the same type and I always face a problem with not removing the perfumed material and liquid detergent even though I put it in the required and correct way and did not mix them. Now it is just water running over the solid material in the third part of the place designated for withdrawing laundry materials. What do you advise me to do to get the washing materials out?
