Well, The Starter teams actually shows that you can complete most of the content with just it. But well, it's overlooked because the game itself doesn't shows how Billy actually works. (and that's why Billy it's so low on any tierlist; people doesn't know his full capabilities).

​​@@jaykhobrekar3619 One thing about Billy is that he has a stance that he enters called crouching shot. Once he crouches in his normal attack, he gets a boost to all his attacks, instead of just buffing your normals or your charge attacks. It's still really justified how he's bottom tier, since his damage isn't even close to a mid built Ellen in most cases. The thing that does it for me for Billy tho, is that the fact you can mix and match a lot of his moves (by that I meant dash cancels, crouch skip animations and all that jazz) and he becomes really fun when you play around with his agility. For reference, my Billy is more invested than my M1 Ellen because she has the same combos for her DPS and it makes her a bit more boring to play despite the bigger damage.

I'm playing with no dmg numbers as well. It's easier without the numbers for me.

Maybe Caesar bcs have anti interrupt what Ellen need

Caesar is better used on a team that doesn’t already have a dedicated stunner. Soukaku already provides a 1000 flat atk buff so Caesar’s is kinda unnecessary, while Lycaon does 25% ice shred on top of being a proper stun unit. If you have access to Lycaon as well as Caesar, you would use him 9/10 times on Ellen’s team. Better to utilize perfect dodges for her instead of relying on shield too because she gets quick charge for dash attack after a dodge

if you switch at the perfect time it does that (usually that would be a yellow flash/parry, but hes out of assist points so it becomes a perfect switch/dodge)

After finishing my fua yunli, dotcheron and firefly team(s), i just turn everybody else that i don’t want to use as break dps and they’re super fun to play with.

since Billy it's a DPS that rellies on dodging. Its pretty a no. But it's certainly helpful for people who loves risks with squishy agents ig.

@@datee592 well I mean stats wise is it gonna be the same like do I need crit since well Kafka Isint relying on a dot team here so there's that question. Cause I have two options right now but it involves Bronya and if she's gonna be a good Ruan Mei replacement (I know Asta exist but having two fire currently on my team kinda bites cause fire elements) lol but also for some reason when I tried putting Bronya in the run became a lot easier than when I was using Asta then again I may have forgot to give Asta some relic lol that said being able to pick who goes next after Bronya is a plus with my low speed stats cause speeds stats hates me. Note: the highest speed in team is honestly a 116 speed Kafka she's not even meeting the 120 minimum speed if I put the thing on her since I can't farm those yet.

Crit is always best for body pieces. Usually crit rate but if you have a ton of crit rate already go crit damage.
