May I make a suggestion Pogi; please start planting some trees and plants on the property, so you get some shade & greenery which will immediately elevate your yard and house…you can get water resistant plants as the area looks dry, maybe start planting a lawn as that will help with dust management(I’ve heard you complain about dust) & just add more beauty to your land with simple greenery and also some trees will create privacy screens from some of the neighbours especially along your wash line boundary. Can’t wait to see the house and your space evolve more and more into your dream space💕

@@pogishisehata agree, lawn will immediately create a much greener space but also lessen the dust. Research on drought resistant lawn varieties so you don’t need to worry about heavy water usage in low rainfall months…also don’t buy lawn seeds as they can be tricky to grow…rather invest in instant lawn that comes in turf patches, ready to plant that you’ll need to find sellers around your town. There are always turf sellers or turf farms in every city and town. Good luck

It’s coming together quite nicely. May I suggest you get them to skim the ceiling boards in your bedroom, so there are no visible seams or slightly disjointed boards…it will look sleek and I think 1 bag of rhino lite goes a long way and you’d be able to use it throughout the bedroom, little passage and bathroom. Love how your space is looking though…you’re slowly realising your vision, well done Pogi!😀😍😍
