There's a better way to remove those strips. Use them off with one hand, And apply pressure on the skin right where you have just removed the strip. It's far less painful for the patient

This does Not remove the plugs . It only pulls off the superficial stuff on top of the skin.

Thank you for explaining this so well i had an emergency c section for my fiest child and im pregnant again im due march 1st 2025 and i am very nervous i dont know why cuz the original plan for my first pregnancy was a vaginal birth but since that didnt happen im just nervous wkth this one And I could get AC section if I wanted.But I really want the experience of going into labor and you know feeling the excitement and all of that but I do know I will not be trying to do natural.I will absolutely be doing medication LO.L I am not as strong as you haha.
