Hi Ruby 😊. Mom of a 4 yo toddler here. It's not easy but I commend your efforts. My daughter is brilliant but she has a mind of her own and she doesn't normally like vegetables I've noticed UNLESS she sees mommy (Me lol) eating them (sometimes smh ). Kids are very strong willed so I make bargains (4 bites for 4 years of Mara smh lol) because I'm breaking a similar pattern of discipline from my own upbringing. Parenting is HARD WORK and there is no instruction manual. You are doing just fine

Gm Patricia. And thank you 🙏🏽. Yes, these kids keep us working hard! But they’re worth it. And like I said in the description of this video, the #1 thing that works for me is SETTING THE EXAMPLE 🤷🏽‍♀️ Do as I do not just what I say…is kinda how I roll. What is “4 Mara’s” btw? Lol. Is that her name? Because my daughter is on that right now too LOL. I tell her, “wash your hands for 20 seconds“ and she counters with “no, I’m going to wash my hands for three seconds, because I’m three years old“ LOL 😂😩
