I'm new and looking at products. I get my nails done. Can I do all the steps shown in video and add a color gel polish too?

So, is it ok to put acrylics or dip or polygel on over all that?

At the 0.35 stamp mark you're using builder gel under nail tips. Could you please send me the link to that video?
@MC-iw6nv9 күн бұрын
What buffer are you using? One more question. Do you have a video where you use the nail tips and builder gel to create a nail? The technique where you use builder gel INSIDE the nail tip, and then remove the nail tip after curing it.

If you are watching this 2024, I just went to CVS to sample some of these and left with Sugar Daddy from Essie. I have olive skin (Hispanic), so the other were not the best against my skin. Sugar Daddy is beautiful, it looks like I went to a nail salon.

My favourite is Essies "Not just a pretty face". I have a tiny bit more beige in my skin tone, so most pink polishes look a bit too obvious on me. But this one have a great texture, no milky streaks, and looks 'perfect'. (even though it looks 'dark' in the bottle, it goes on surprisingly light) I don't wear polish often, but after finding this, I might start to.

I have a question about base coat. I don't typically use it, but last year, I used one (just once). It did make my manicure last a lot longer. But after taking it off, I noticed a lot more ridges in my nails. This is something I never get (I don't wear nail polish often). I didn't buff or dehydrate my nails before applying the base coat. I just cleaned with soap, let them dry, and applied the base coat. It was on for about 2 weeks. I use a gentle polish remover when I do use nail polish. Eventually, the ridges grew out. But is this a thing that normally happens if you use base coat? I have used regular polish directly on my nails many times before, without getting ridges. Does it weaken the nails somehow? 🤔

it's not working properly, it's messy, not worth the money and free handing french looks soooo much better and there are other methods that also are far better than this stupid stamper method

can you use chrome powder on you nails without using any color such as black? will the results still be the same?

Can you put a gel Polish directly after you cure the builder gel? Or after the top coat?
Wow I’ve always suffered from thin nails.. what a game changer! I have to try.

Is the base coat supposed to to be sticky ?
@Kates_Creations.18 күн бұрын
I’m new to gel polish but I did it once and after curing it was slightly sticky but the polish still went on fine. I don’t know if it’s normal though

Just to let you know (mostly for kids) Please do not cut your cuticles (like I said mostly for kids) because it can damage your cuticles and also the cuticles is supposed to protect your nail. It also brings down a lot of hangnails.

Cristmas movies are okay but Halmark is over the top! They started in October and are going through the 21st which is crazy. Why not have them the month of Decmember to January 1? Like Christmas eve and Christmas day?

For a topcoat that has worn like armor for me that also has that plumpness, I use 2 at the same time. I'll do a layer of KBshimmer or Glisten & glow (both great on their own) but then immediately followed without waiting for drying with Seche Vite. Give a glossy, hard shell coating like nothing else I've been able to achieve with regular topcoat.
