Are they easy to remove like regular polish or difficult like gel polish?

They peel off like stickers without taking your nail with them. I've only used the ones that do not need a light at all.

I really just don’t like nail sticker strips of any kind. Not only is it just too many steps the look of the edge is just bad. You can see your natural nail with the strip on top if you’re looking at it from the side. Even in your video you can see your free edge from under the strip. Just looks like shrinkage or an unfinished mani.
