As someone who spent five nights of horror in said facility, I can attest to the fact that they hire cro- magnon orderlies ( 7 in a group)who scream like banshees at around 3 am without supervision. Had I not been tethered to a drain tube, I would have walked out . During daylight hours the place is just like any other hospital, professional and competent.

Sounds like Hilo maybe a little bitter towards travel nurses; with a thinking that you are 'taking' people's jobs. Either way very unprofessional and tacky of them.

HCA was the absolute worst experience ever. Triple bypass and people are so scattered. Nothing like mission hospital. Filthy and nobody seems to be in control.

I live in Hilo and I can completely see how you could be frustrated with the way they do things there. There is a lot of negligence in that hospital. Thank you for your time here it’s much appreciated! Hilo is very high school in the regards of it being cliquey. Embarrassing 🤦‍♀️

Great video - I also did not realize the bottom is a broiler despite growing up with ovens that were exactly like that! I have used my RV oven a lot (the sales guy pointed out that newer rigs were being made without them) to bake a Premade lasagna while we relax outside, scones for breakfast (also frozen and ready to plop in the oven in the morning) and did notice it takes much longer to cook. We have the food thermometers, but the temp gauge is a good idea as well. We boondock with some frequency and while we have a generator, using propane helps!

From a patient’s perspective this hospital’s emergency room is rude to the patients often. Some staff don’t show much respect toward patients, especially if the patient has mental health issues or if they think the patient isn’t represented by family. I’ve filed a few complaints against some staff for threats, abuse, and outright rude behavior. I don’t normally complain but this hospital is turning me into an outright Karen. I’ve traveled as far as Waimea because the service at HMC can be so bad. If it was possible I’d never go to this hospital but unfortunately it is the nearest to where we live. With that said, it is a very busy place and some of the staff is really great. It’s luck of the draw on who you’ll get and how you’ll get treated. The guards are really nice though. Always a smile.

You've got me thinking about temperature adjustments. Have you pulled off the temperature knob to see if adjustments can be made? I'll be checking ours the next time I'm in it. Thanks for the tips, I love the pizza stone tip!♥️

Good to know! We jumped through an extra hoop then. I think the little extra we paid our old vet to send us one was worth the peace of mind for us. I did not ever speak to someone in Hawaii about that specificly so they may be right. That was how our vet and myself interpreted the checklist.

I know the priblem .its that damn equalizer hitch you got on the truck . Yess you do . Im looking rite at the famn thing 743 frame time . That truck os too small for the camper the camper tries to pull front wheels of truck up but thecequlizer hitch prevents that . Problem.is though when truck runs out of pavement it hits dirt or vise versa the truck hiys pavement the trailer pushes down on equilizer hitch the stess goes back to frame of trailer then breaking the weld on hitch frame to trailer or even breaking the frame at nose of trailer . So if you want a bigg camper you need a dually truck that can handle the tow hitch weight . Or GET A SMALLER TRAILER!!! Not a hate message just trying to help you .

One thing I like about working for Core is the Club CoreMed all-expense-paid yearly vacation. You earn points through the year based on how many hours you work, how many extensions you get, along with other criteria. At the end of the year draws near you elect whether you want a free vacation to an all-inclusive resort in Cancun or the cash value of the vacation to the company. Of course either way is taxable but if you take the vacation and not the money it's still much cheaper than anything you could put together yourself since they work with the same people every year with several hundred participants. The cool thing is you actually get to meet all the recruiters and back office staff

@@NoOrdinaryPathdon't you wash your other fruits & vegetables? They touch the dirt and bugs crawl all over them, birds might poop on them. Then they are handled by many people who haven't washed their hands, and shipped in a truck that hauls all kinds of things. When you cut into a melon, the knife spreads all the bacteria from the rind into the flesh. Yes, I always wash a melon.

I camped a fair bit when I was younger, but these days I dislike the disorganisation that seems to come with camping, particularly all the kit/ clutter you end up bringing along...These days I only camp to facilitate another hobby, ie when fishing or metal detecting, and then only for a short time maybe 3 nights max...

Furnish Finders is a good one! Expedia has furnished homes and apartments as well. I think you can also do a reverse search of an image on airbnb and sometimes find it on it's own website for a lot less. And you are right...housing is absurd right now! In some instances it's not feasable to take a contract because of housing prices in a certain area. It's tough for sure.

Hay brother, nice job. You are spot on most Americans that have a f150 or any half ton can't afford or don't need a full time f250 or f350 for every day use. But have a 9000 lb rv camper for weekends or full time 3 months out of the year. My f150 platinum 2018 3.5L tween turbo with tow package has a rating of 11000 pound tow and a 1600 pound capacity it has more than enough power and capacity for my Brinkley Z285 travel with a B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control for 2.5" Hitch - 16K GTW, 1.6K TW. Here are some of the equipment I add to my truck RAS® Suspension kit for the rear leaf spring. Timbren ses suspension enhancement this upped my capacity 500 lb to 2100 lb more than enough safely, Five-star tune add 70 HP for 445HP and 90 ft pounds of torque for 565 torque. These enhancement gave me more power than a gas f250 and same as in capacity.. My ride and stability is perfect and with the max torque band at around 1800 it pulls like a freight train getting on the highway and up mountains with ease. All enhancement cost $2500 installed. My truck is paid off and with the money I saved buy not upgrading my truck paid for my Brinkley Z 285...So in summary. Suspension front within spec, Suspension rear in spec total capacity with enhancements within spec and power more than my upgrade would have been... To protect my engine and drive train change oil every 5000 miles, radiator flush 20,000 miles, transmission fluids and transfer case, rear gear every 40,000 miles. I have 88,000 miles on my truck towing miles between two travel trailers 40,000 miles of towing. She is going strong. I understand why all these guy always say get a 3/4 or full ton pick for safety and or ease of towing. But if you know what your doing and you set up your equipment for the task at hand. Side note I never tow more than 350 miles a day 80% of the time and never go over 65 miles per hour... it saves full and your always the last person to an accident. Once again great video 📹 👌..
