Hi sir, I have around 8 years of experience in .Net field and development. Is it possible to move to a non-coding related role now? Would any of the Azure Devops roles be suitable, or could you please advice other roles and what I could do next? Thanks

Azure DevOps will also he a coding role. You can certainly go for Azure or AWS administration roles after learning the relevant skills. Also with your experience you can think of Data Analysis kind of roles. Offcourse any role change requires appropriate skills and certification for change in job.

@@surendraadithe Check the description, you might find some links. These things keep changing with time so you will have to find what is the latest requirements. Start by reading some job descriptions about the skills and you will know what is required. Also check the certification of some people and check what they are doing.

Most of the time, employees or event recruiters on LinkedIn don't reply to your referral request. Now what happens is. If you were supposed to get a referral, I have heard that you should not apply to that specific company's career portal on your own. He/She will refer you through their internal portal and you should provide him/her only with the correct job ID. That is case 1. In case 2, during the filling up of the form, there is a blank where they ask "Do you have any referral?" or if you know anyone from the organisation. There we can type the name of the person who is willing to give us the referral. Lastly, in case 3, we need to apply to the career portal on our own and then send the specific job ID employees on LinkedIn. Whoever is filling in to give you a referral then sends a mail to the concerned HR team from their end. In some companies what happens is if I have already applied on my own and so I have heard the employee cannot give a referral because there is already one entry in their database from my name. But on the flip side, if I don't apply and keep waiting for a referral. Most of the time, the role itself gets filled up or the registration links close or even better, I forget to apply at all! So here what should be my one simple approach?

Sir I've got the offer letter, also the joining letter then the hr called me to that there's a delay in joining, I've recorded the calls, but now it's been a over a month that they are hardly replying, And I've visited the office then they've said that I would be informed within a week, So this delay has been going on, They are also accepting their fault but they are not willing to commit any joining date. However, I’m facing challenges applying to software companies that require a minimum of 60% throughout all academic qualifications. However, I obtained an open board 10th-grade certificate from the National Institute of Open Schooling with 75% marks in 2023. With this updated qualification, can I now apply to these companies?

There are more software companies than you can count or apply easily. The companies that are famous have a difficult application process are also usually the companies where you will get an average entry level salary as well as the growth will be very slow. First identify and improve your core skills and then find company where they are ready to onboard you with a good salary and you also have a chance to grow with the company.

Usually you should keep searching and join the company that gives you a job asap. You can write to this company asking about when would be your joining date. Incase they don't respond you should carry on with your search.

Well you might find something online which will teach you maths that you need for ML. But if this is challenging then focus on simpler programming like web or mobile development and leave the AI ML to those who can do it. Remember you should always play to your strengths. Rest everything depends on your will power and efforts.
