Hadoop is a tool. So you can learn the tool since you already know Java. But your focus should be on Big Data. Big Data is important. It is when you understand the application of Big Data and how it can help companies then you will be kind of an expert in that area who can really benefit from your knowledge of Big Data.

You start with Software Development if you like programming. That is the most basic. Master ateast one programming language either Java or Python or .Net. Once you start working then you can think about Cloud or DevOps. Usually Cloud Development also includes Devops. But focus on the basics first.
