Love the sound effects of the psychic series of moves in this version of pokemon game! I remember back then i collected quite a few of psychic type of pokemons because of that reason lol. The later versions of them no longer attract me.

I always found it underwhelming that Gary's ultimate Pokemon in Yellow is just an evolution form of Eevee But surprising, that in Yellow, we can get a Machamp, while Gary gets an Alakazam. And it always surprised me that he didnt have a NidoKing/NidoQueen in Yellow or an Arcanine

haha I try to make it interesting or I could truly just wipe them easily. I kinda wanted to play like I did when I was young and barely knew what I was doing and pretending like I was actually from the world and the way they'd randomly do stupid moves in the anime.

@@NatashaCarter-si5oz it's not that enormous. Just 9 levels higher, plus the Weezing has all the badge boosts with it as well. I've hit Lances Gyarados with Thunder from my Lapras that was 16 levels lower before, and it was a one shot.

Ya'll sleeping on Articuno for Lance, go to the seafoam islands, pack some ultra balls and catch that legendary bird. Ice Beam and Blizzard are one hit K.O.'s against Lance's dragons.

That Dragonite is always satisfying to take down. When I took down Lance's level 72 Dragonite in the rematch in FireRed, I did it using my Dragonite which somehow outsped his one using an Outrage attack.
