An ABSOLUTE genius, Richard Wright was truly one of the GREATEST to ever touch the keys. Rest in peace, maestro. If I ever pick up a keyboard, it'll be because of the inspiration you left behind.

When you have got the multi tracks, is it possible to make an drumless track of this song? Just in case you really have the multi tracks....with "moises" or so it's not good enough.... greetz... same with I cannot believe it's true!!❤

very nice - sounds like a "real" solo voice track, no AI isolation. Amazed about the real good sound quality.👍

I've heard other bands try to cover this song, to my amazement the drummers never try to replicate that incredible beginning drum signature, it's mind-boggling good, not trying to do too much

Ok, guys. Time to settle the debate: 1 - there's absolutely no evidence, in any shape or form, that Ringo overdubbed anything on Dear Prudence, SO... 2 - Paul played drums on the whole track, even the outro solo, BUT... 3 - the drums are MEANT to sound like Ringo, AND... 4 - If you listen closely, you can notice that there are at least 2 overdub tracks going on at the same time, WICH MEANS THAT... Even though Ringo did not played on the recording, the intention is to SOUND like he did, so his "presence" os there anyway. Also, that outro with more than 1 overdub track playing fills at the same time still sound kinda sloppy when you listen this isolanted track, specially If you compare It to the drum break in Hello Goodbye, so Ringo could play better in one go and two hands what Paul needs multiple overdubs and, at least, "4 hands". And that's that. RIP this debate. We love you Ringo, A+ for existing. B+ for effort to Paul, but we love you too.

It's not over until the last deluded commentator who says Ringo overdubbed it at a later date says so. I know this from painful experience. Sorry.

When I opened your letter yesterday I could not believe my eyes 'Cause I've already given all I have to give And I think it must have slipped your mind But I remember not so long ago I gave it all, it's gone And I gave it all to you Now I'm living on borrowed time, but it's mine … Oh, d'you hear me? I cannot believe it's true Are you really doing the things you do No, I cannot believe it's you, really you … Oh, these people I'm talking to don't understand Don't seem to realize They're listening but they're not hearing me They're being too cruel to be kind Any kind of feeling that I had is gone 'Cause I gave it all, it's gone And I gave it all to you Now I'm living on borrowed time, but it's mine … Oh, d'you hear me? I cannot believe it's true Are you really doing the things you do No I cannot believe it's you, really you … I keep on telling myself (Over and over) I hope I'm gonna make up (Over and over) I know it's really happening And there's nothing that I can say 'Cause nothing can change all the things that you've done to me Nothing can make me stay … Ooh, 'cause you know I cannot believe it's true Are you really doing the things you do No I cannot believe it's you, really you … I know it's a crying shame, it's all the same to you It seems all so well laid out but I cannot get through Never meant it to show It started happening, that's all you know … Ooh, I gave it all to you Now I'm living on borrowed time, but it's mine … Oh, d'you hear me?
