I hate these instrumentals when they forget to have an instrument being played for the vocal part.

If that's what you're looking for, then this isn't meant for you. Nothing was "forgotten". Folks (myself included) find these incredibly useful to either sing karaoke with the original version, play along with it with an instrument, or use it as a vocal-less backtrack for something. If someone edits-in an additional instrument for the lead vocal, then this would no longer be an instrumental of the original track.
