Can't give away this river unfortunately. I've been fishing this hole on opener for years now. I can tell you that it's connected to lake Ontario. If you need help hooking into some fish, I'd be happy to give you a spot or two over message and not over the whole internet.

No red markings? Is this a steelhead, or just a large lake/river?
@marquismyerscough38184 ай бұрын
It's not a steelhead, but some people would disagree. This fish has never been in the ocean. I caught it at a river that connects to one of the fresh water great lakes in Southern Ontario.

Pack of 3 new clips is $5 lol. Best pouch I’ve owned - what other company offers a replacement clip for so cheap vs buying a brand new $30 pouch when it’s not needed..
@marquismyerscough38187 ай бұрын
Buying new clips is not my concern. I liked the pouches when i first got them. Replaced clips several times. I wouldn't buy these pouches again. Yes, replacement clips are cheap. Cheap to buy and cheaply made. I've owned several different brands of pouches and belts over the years. Toughbuilt pouches would be good for a plumber or electrician. I'm 40 and worked construction my whole life. What would happen if I was 30 ft off the ground, had my framing gun hooked on my pouch and the clip broke? It could hit someone in the head or cause damage to someones property. Should I tell the person, its okay. I just need to put on a new clip. Safety is my concern. I'd rather buy a pouch that won't fall apart.
@J-p167 ай бұрын
Idk maybe I’m much more weak than I thought, but you kinda need to rip that latch to open it up. Sounds like you might be really packing on some weight to their clips. You should check out holstery’s clip on holsters as a single clip to hook your framing nailer onto, or real heavy stuff. Love holstery’s stuff in addition to clip tech, can’t beat the combo if you ask me
@marquismyerscough38187 ай бұрын
@@J-p16 Thanks for the tip. I'm definitely rough on them. Carrying lots of weight on them happens quite often. Sometimes the clip on the bottom that fails and comes undone, or it's the top part if the clip that snaps. This time I screwed the clips shut with little screws I use for aluminum. So far, the new clips are holding up.

I have a ton of their pouches and I love them, sounds like user error or you have a shit belt/wrong size belt. I have never had a single clip come loose in like 2 years. The hammer clip tho, that thing needs to be a clip like the pouches, it works its way lose when used in the back.

The clips are garbage. They need to change the clip design. Im still using the pouches with new replacement clips, but I screwed them closed this time. Now I won't have to worry about them breaking when I'm working from heights.

I can't see running a cordless compressor for something like this. But i can see having that compressor in my truck for airing up tires. I could see getting the DeWalt roofing gun tho
@marquismyerscough38188 ай бұрын
Normally id run a gas compressor in this situation, but I thought I'd give this a try. It was about 200ft from an outlet. I wouldn't want to do this with the Dewalt 20 gun, I'd rather run this with a pneumatic gun. The dewalt gun is great for a quick repair. Not the best for laying shingles. They have problems jamming up. I've been using this compressor on a lift with a crown stapler. I love this compressor, use it all the time. Filling up tires, works great.

Each their own. I've never had a problem with dewalt. Do you prefer Milwaukee? I think they have great tools. If I wasn't already committed to the dewalt cordless tools. I would have no problem using Milwaukee. I've used some Milwaukee tools that I like better then dewalt, but on the same hand there are tools that I like dewalts version better. At he end of the day, getting the job done is what matters. Dewalt has been very reliable for me.
