Actually u see the thing is my maths is toooooo bad an general knowledge as well, so therefore i dont know sizes of my pans, i dont know sizes of trays , i dont know how to measure, i mean i did try to measure but on measuring tapes theres sooooooo much figures i dont know wats wat so therefore i decided to check on KZbin an i then came across a video an this person said if you need to know pan sizes just fill your pans with water so thats what i did with my glass square pyrex trays an thats why i was able to tell you how much water goes in my glass pyrex trays , i was hoping once you know how much water goes in tray that wil give u hints

Thanx sooo much , u such a angel , u know This choc cake which i gave u now i decided to make it an that lady said i must use two pans so i did that but she never mentioned that u need same amount batter per pan / tray , reali i dont know y people think everyone should kno , i never knew u need same amount batter wen using 2 an more baking pans/ trays , & im sure theres more people that dont know u need same amount batter per pan but anyways so i continued to prepare an then i bake an after bake i realized that one cake rise more than the other, yes its delicious an light and fluffy an yes it rise but the 1 cake rise more than the other an then i came to know i used different amount batter per pan/ tray so thats y , i just use 1 dish or tray to make it easier for me but stil the problem isnt solved even wen i use 1 baking pan/ tray issue isnt resolved, because i dont know wen there's too much batter in tray an i don't know when theres little batter in tray so now im looking to solve the problem, how do i know when to use big an small tray/ pan an if in future i want to use 2 trays how do i know if i need more batter

1 pan should be fine as long as it's not too small. Maybe they used 2 small pans. You can use 1 big pan

It's a pleasure! A small pan would be too small for the cake to rise and properly cook in. It can even overflow and create a mess in your kitchen. It's best to use the bigger pan✨️

This recipe is wrong in terms of butter. Must be 125g. The mix doesn't combine, have to drain the butter . Too much butter for 1cup sugar..

No problem!😁 If you finding the butter to be too much you can definitely add in less, but the reason your mixture might have seperated is because it was cooked on a high heat. Cook the mixture on a medium to low heat to ensure it cooks evenly and it does not seperate. This recipe does work well for me😊

Hi there. Hope you well My Almond roca came out so lovely the first time Made it The second time and it is quite gritty, it’s like the suger separated from the butter Also, there was quite a bit of butter / oil that separated from the mixture towards the end How can I fix this please ?

Hello!Thanks so much for the feedback. 😊 It may be a result of a inconsistent temperature. You should cook it on a medium to low heat. Do stir the mixture to ensure that it doesn't burn but do not mix it too much as this can result in sugar crystals building up on the side of the pot and then making the whole mixture crystallise. Hope these tips help!😁

If you find that the butter is too much you can discard abit before pouring the mixture onto the tray to set. If you cook the mixture on a medium to low heat, it should not seperate, as shown in the video😊
