This actually helped me a ton. I have a commin issue called Raynaud's syndrome. My fingers stpp moving properly under like 50 degrees. Prob does nothing for the average person but if you have a genuine issue it does help.

It would help if the music was quieter or non existent. It’s distracting when driving.

This is the one I listen to at night. It is really beautifully soothing. So far it’s the best to me for sleeping, because I can’t listen to any type of voice in my ear while I’m sleeping. Your voice has been the best I actually enjoy listening to while I sleep:-)😎 I’m listening to more of your videos now and I’m loving them too:-)😎 I’m going to have a whole collection of your videos. Muchas Gracias for ur videos. Your beautiful voice really helps me sleep.

I think there are some people that sleep learning could work with, but not me. I'd really love for someone to make something that teaches languages the way you learn them in your country when you are in school by grade level. For me studying a language from Elementary to High School level would be better. It would show me at what grade level my memory of the material gets weaker so I know where to start seriously studying the material. Sadly I haven't found a video or app like that made yet. I feel that you could learn multiple languages using the grade level method way faster because the basics will stick with you longer than long sentences. You learn your ABCs as a child instead of Shakespeare for a reason. Basics to Advanced It sounds like from the comments other people found their own way of using the video to help them learn it and that's cool. As long as it helps people it's a good thing. Update: I decided to try again to search for videos that have the learning style I'm looking for and now I find videos that are doing it that way. 🤣 It's been a while since I checked for them so now I can learn it in the way that is best for me. I hope there is also one done for Japanese also.
