For example “it made me sad that I’m no longer living here” “that necktie goes well with your suit” “around the corner there is a pharmacy” “ “he won the lottery and became rich” “I got off at the bookshop and walked home”

Hola Heydy, I like your lessons. But one thing that helps in learning and teaching is giving el/la along with the noun.. That helps stress the proper usage and importance of the understanding if the noun is masculine or feminine.. Just a suggestion..
