I for one, am thoroughly enjoying this immersive tale as is the signature of Stephen King's utter literary genius❤ Abduction by the elderly professor's was the very last thing I expected! The mention of The Princess Bride also, made me smile as that, was my favourite childhood film... I am so looking forward to Part 2😊

I stopped listening half way thru . Thought it was going to be a compelling mystery thriller . Instead , nothing more than a way for king to push his political views . If I want to hear people bashing trump I'll tune in to CNN or how safe the vaccine is . Lost a loyal reader.

People lost in a snow storm/ blizzard hunted by vampires reminds of 30 days of night. They even had a little vampire girl. Perhaps the graphic novel was inspired by this tale.
