There is a product called De-solv-it which removes sticky way better IMO than Goo Gone. It's harder to find, but I hated Goo Gone the first time I used it because the De-solv-it is so great.

Not a console, but my job as a Dell FSE has me working on some crazy devices, I had a Dell Chromebook being used by a school district, it was at the same level of infestation. Wound up calling my support team and they said to bag it and send it back to them for a refurb. Hopefully they burned it.
