Do you know if all hard drive “ST6000VN006” models from Seagate are as well - “2ZM186”?. I’m looking for a new one of this model but my NAS only accept the type “-2ZM186”, which information appears nowhere unless you buy the hard drive. Thank you in advance
@TheDragonFire12316 сағат бұрын
There are only ST6000VN006-2ZM186s in production, as far as I'm aware. Sometimes, later in a model's production run, the part number may change as a new revision or even platform are introduced, but this drive is too new for that to be likely.

I went the other day and these are the best lifts ever. I like them so much just like I like the DC Rivals HyperCoaster at Movie World. Speaking of roller coasters do you ride them? As I am curious

I am not currently interested in rollercoasters. That may be because I do not have any passes for any of the theme parks... although that may change if one of them bothers to put an elevator in.

I vividly remember getting updates from Discord of every elevator you filmed here 😆 Was expecting singular videos as opposed to a whole Elevator Challenge but I’m very glad it happened this way! And I see a lot of these lifts are also revivals of NZ Lifts’ former takes on them.
@TheDragonFire12310 күн бұрын
I will admit, the Challenge also serves a practical purpose too; reducing the number of uploads by compacting all of Five Mile into one video and thus meaning we can get to the good stuff sooner. Perth will have a revisit soon, however.

Any route beginning with R will only show up on translink.com.au when its respective railbus route is operating. As for the dust on the lens... yeah, that's an unfixable problem with the A900. I'm planning on replacing the whole thing.

That particular set is also quite interesting, given that there's a third lift there... through the rear doors of the middle lift! Left: Public Middle: Public-service Right (only on staff side): Staff The staff lift looks identical to the left lift! It however does have a seperate LOP. The staff side is two LOPs (one for each lift), and the public side is one LOP for L/M.

168 St Georges Terrace has some 1982 Otis lifts that are being modernised by TKE with destination dispatch. The main lifts received a proper mod in the 2000s, however the fire lifts and carpark lifts only received a refurbishment and still use the original controllers. The fire lift just completed modernisation though.
@TheDragonFire123Ай бұрын
Now that I think of it, I can't see why I didn't attempt it. But high rise mods haven't usually been anything good.
@elevatorfilmersgАй бұрын
@@TheDragonFire123 Unfortunately, I was the only one to film the service lift (Lift 5) there before the most recent modernisation. Although the cab was refurbished in the 2000s, the exterior fixtures remained unchanged and I believe that it was still using DC motors with relay logic until the modernisation this year. When I checked the TKE storeroom in the basement, I could see the dismantled DC motor generator set for Lift 5. The hydraulic carpark lift (Lift 6) is still using the original relay logic, and the sound of relays clicking is audible from outside the motor room at B3.

Now this comment brings back memories. The Coolpix W100 was absolutely never designed as a video camera... but I remember quite liking it, for it was a sorely needed degree of freedom from the confines of a smartphone, what with the independent battery and SD card. The replacement Coolpix A900 is also running in on years, too. Nevertheless, I will be handing you an official warning. You are expected to be civil on this channel. Name calling and emoji spam like your comment has done is not acceptable.

I would avoid it, not because of any apparent reputation or lack thereof, but because there are better value options such as the Toshiba HDWG71AUZSVA that don't throttle your performance whilst leaving you with all the heat of 7,200 RPM in the name of "market segmentation".
@EienKurisukiCA28 күн бұрын
@@TheDragonFire123 i tried looking up regarding the throttle thing and I can't find any info about it. How did you know that WD101EFBX was throttled?
@TheDragonFire12328 күн бұрын
@@EienKurisukiCA Speed tests by Victoria 5.37 reveal its maximum performance to be 222 MB/s. This would be a disappointing result for a 7,200 RPM drive of its density; a comparable Toshiba HDWR480 does 261 MB/s. However, it is not far off the mark for a 5,400 one, as the WD80EAZZ-00BKLB0, a real 5,640 RPM drive, does 221 MB/s at peak. My point is, if you want a 7,200 RPM drive with all the heat and noise that entails, you may as well just get the full course meal instead of this middling offering. At the time of writing this, one computer store offers the ST10000VN000-3AK101 for $15 AUD less than the less for more WD101EFBX-68B0AN0; and, if you're willing to venture to Amazon, the HDWG71AUZSVA is $318.
