I am elligible (received a personal reference code) and on Canada.ca it states under "Create your Express Entry profile " the following: " If you’re eligible, the tool will send you to your online account to fill out an Express Entry profile", however the tool did not send me to my online account ! and it doesn't prompt me to enter a personal reference code!

Hi Team, my application was cancelled citing that a PCC was not provided. However the document was provided to my agent who claims to have uploaded the right document - he states the decline may be due to a technical glitch in the system.I want to contest the decision as all details were provided from my side but uploaded by the agent - who I suspect has made an error and is covering tracks. Is there any way to contest this ? It has been 6 days since the application was cancelled. Help would be greatly appreciated.

The process through official Canadian Immigration is perfectly simple, make sure ( double check ) to ensure all your documents and information is correct. Pay the $ 50.00 fee, they ( Canada Immigration ) will acknowledge receipt of your application ( via e-mail ) then they will advise you as to when they started processing your application. They will supply you with a code number that will enable you to keep up to date on your application. Again, make sure you are dealing with an OFFICIAL CANADIAN GOVERNMENT website, the Canadian government makes the process fairly straight forward and simple.
