I watched one video of a gentleman and his wife who purchased a used Metropolitan that was slow as well. He removed some type of restrictor in the carb that looked like a credit card with a hole in it that was smaller than the intake, it was some type of restricter. After he removed it the sooter almost reached 40 mph.

I’ve had so many issues with my 2020 metropolitan, bought it brand new off showroom floor. Exhaust pipe broke in half and I lost the muffler- the spark plug was stalling the moped in wet conditions. Got a bubble in my tire and then had a bent rim- replaced both. I’ve laid it down three times and it still runs- so I’ll learn to fix everything I can and I’ll sell it and buy a 125cc next. Right now I am trying to put end bar mirrors on- but can’t figure out how to get the end of the grips off to instal the new mirrors

I bought a metropolitan for my brother. Recently the starter switch does not turn on the lights or start the moped. You can kickstart it and all the lights and everything work when you kickstart but if you turn ignition key no lights no nothing the battery is good. Any suggestions would be helpful thanks for the video it’s been helpful

Thanks for the good work. I have a 2013 ACE 24. The previous owner installed Sora C-brakes and 105 rear derailleur. Flat bar was also installed so my bike is now pretty much like a Fuji Absolute 24. Your video really serves as a guide to me. The rear wheel on mine does not spin very well. After losing the screws on the rear axle a little bit, I find that it spins good enough so I do not proceed to take out the bearings for cleansing.

Thx for a nice sharing vid. I also bought a used 2003 Honda Metropolitan in very good condition which I don't need to fix anything. And I can ride it over 40 mph easy and I don't know if previous owner had done anything special to it or not.

Do you still have the bike? You also need to change out the variator, weights to 4.5 and 5.5 rollers or sliders, get rid of the air box and replace with an intake tube/filter, buy an exhaust, and lastly, add the NCY cdi to get rid of the rev limiter to maximize top speed. Hit me up if you need more help

Get ready to replace the fuel pump. The new fuel injected NCH50’s have faulty cheaply made fuel pumps. Not typical Honda quality, that’s for sure.

@@javierbastias7393 I'm trying to figure out if my 135hp Chrysler is running right, my boat weighs about 1700lbs I have a 13x17 three blade prop and it runs 35mph @ 5200rpms, I also ran a 13x19 prop it would go 42mph but only 4800rpms. Also only getting about 3-4mpg depending on how much weight is in the boat. Does all this sound about right? What kind of number do you get on your boat. Incidentally I know where there is a for parts 1977 135hp Chrysler for $200. I would have bought it already but the whole lower end is different that my 1977. Man I would really love to sea pictures of your restored 135. I have a video of my 135 running right after I got it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aquapJhtn9WZnck. I have done a lot to it since then. People say to just run these things but I'm afraid it will just die on me some day and then it will be a boat anchor.

You're not really an RC pilot if what you're flying won't crash--- don't blame your lack of skill on the drone. Acquiring any skill requires effort, aptitude, and patience but in this "everyone deserves a trophy" world some folks cry foul when faced with an actual learning curve. Man up and learn to fly_____

Dji Mini 2, it is VERY reasonably priced in the drone market, it is the Easiest thing to fly, and it captures some amazing footage, but you shouldn’t just give it to a kid, you have to guide them. Hope this helps

One thing to look for is a small restrictive plate between the intake manifold and the cylinder head. It just cuts off the air flow. Another thing you can do it install Dr. Pulley sliders in the primary clutch. You use 9 gram sliders if you’re about 200lbs or 11 gram if you’re under 200. That will help acceleration tremendously and help it hold speed up hills better. But first look for that restrictor plate.

Hi Scott, I bought a metropolitan 2 scooter too (2003). Mine went max about 20 mph before I started messing with it. There is a restrictor plate between the carb and the engine which will increase the top speed. The next mod i completed was to replace the variator with a polini 50cc variator. This definitely helped. I can get it up to about 30 mph now so Im looking for the next steps. You probably know this already. Tim

Same experience, cannot seem to get it to stay still in a hover, just basic thing here. It didn't always respond to down throttle very fast, and forget it in any wind. Just wanted to see if it was any good. Tello for 89.00 is the real deal. I am going to just buy a better drone.

How do you calibrate it? Would be useful if you did a how to calibrate and fly video. Agree it is a frustrating gadget.
@kbomb25
@kbomb25 5 жыл бұрын
The buttons on the controller that surround the joysticks are the "calibration buttons". In essence they simply adjust the beginning position of the joysticks. So it's kinda like it's holding the joysticks in the ideal position for it to hover more steady without you having to actually move the joysticks. So you you would have to continually calibrate it to account for any new breeze or wind. Hopefully that made sense.
