I wonder what this would be like post hysterectomy. I haven't had cramps in 12 years, but I had ulcerative colitis and those cramps blew period cramps out of the water. I had my colon removed because I groceries cancer, them had a hysterectomy right after I finished chemo, because I was at high risk of reproductive cancer as well. At least I missed the bad genetics of endometriosis. Both my mom and daughter got that curse.
