The Modern Fit Girl
Hi everyone, my name is GeeGee and welcome to my workout channel, The Modern Fit Girl! 💎
This channel is for anyone who wants to get FIT, STRONG AND LEAN and wants to enjoy doing it! For me, fitness is NOT about getting to a destination. Its a big part of who I am, it's what I enjoy doing, and I would like to share that with you!
I’ll be providing free follow along workouts for you to do at home! Most of the workouts are 10-20 mins with the occasional longer one for those interested. Modern fit girls work out quickly and efficiently, superheroes have a lot to accomplish every day! ❤
The focus of our workouts will be on:
-HIIT for fat loss
-ABS for flat tummy
-BUTT to grow and lift
-LEGS for shaping
-ARMS for toning
I’ll be posting a new workout every Mon & Thu so turn on the notifications and I’ll see you in the next workout!
