P.S Where most people make mistakes is not using two identical pages but with different URLs and then add the pixel on one of the pages where after the opt in you redirect the more qualified leads btw I haven't used much of FB lead forms - I see you did not add the pixel code for the FB lead form - Is it because events like "Lead" are already tracked automatically by Meta without needing the pixel?

Each day will have 4 recorded presentations. I only want to give the purchaser of the course 24 hour access to each day. I am thinking to use automations and workflows to enable, then disable access to each course (each day). Question #1. Do you have any advice or thoughts on my scenario? Question #2. I want to buy an android based physical desk phone handset.... Install the GHL APP... and the use the IVR automation to route calls to me as a user and have it ring this desk phone. I don't know what the minimum Android version requirement is for the app... I've seen several phones for sale on Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress... And there's even some professional YeaLink phones that run on Android. Would love to learn from others experience by using a desk phone that is based on Android with the GHL app on it...

I followed almost everything until the setting up CRM part. mine has been stuck in "pending 7 days of data" for months. Actually using the “Remove” action is deleting the opportunity card. Seems like a huge issue.

I picked up some great tips here thank you!! 2 Questions for you - My pipeline is to track initial calls to book onto the calendar for a meeting. 1. Would you use the pipeline stage change automation of going to "booked meeting" to fire out the meeting info and reminders emails OR allow the calendar to do this? 2. I have No Answer 1,No Answer 2, No Answer 3 stages so to track how many times i try to get hold of a lead and get them out of the "new lead" stage, would you say this is fine or is there a better way to manage this?

I would use automations to do that not the pipelines, pipelines I dont trust as much as I do automations. for part yes, that's the way most call centers work, so your on the right track.

A few steps you might need to add. 1) When you create the data source you may need to connect it as an asset in Event Manager and you may need to add a person or partner. 2) If you have access to multiple white label versions of GHL you may need to clear all cookies, cache etc so you can log in to the correct CRM sub account

When you had added the call transfer, its says if they ask for the manager or the owner, is this a direct line for all telemarketers and sales calls to get directly through to a person, possibly even the actual owner or manager? I was wondering how we filter out spam calls, I set something like that in the instructions but it just sends them through, in my case with contractors they are gonna hate it if it does not properly vet them first. Any idea how to do that but still have a way for angry types to get through?? Thank you
