You make and ad let's say in Facebook and the collect this information, that way you can send them e-mails with your services and sms and WhatsApp messages... with let's say your offer

Well, it works the same way but a bit of tweaking. I'd incorporate Conversational AI and get it to schedule an appointment (preferably qualify the new leads before booking one).

@@SimonWYHuang Small business owners still receive phone calls for bookings. Personal touch I guess. And many of the customers don't like booking or talking to live chat, but rather call my clients and have a quick chat and then make the booking. My client's customers for the most part don't even know that their name is shared on their whatsapp profile. So that when my client calls his potential client, he says "Hello John" and his client is stunned that he knows their name. I tried using a discount coupon, but it didn't work and its far easier to give it over the phone as it brings about a closer relationship with the customer.

I feel like asking someone first name on Instagram is a bit weird since most people will have their account setup with their first name anyway. Is it a good practice still?
