I love the grey sweater that you might frog! I understand that the texture is not showing very well, but I think that color would look beautiful on you. The sweater you are designing will be gorgeous.😊

You can totally get a beanie out of that and if you add a strand of white Mo hair, it would jazz it up a little bit if you cast on from the crown cast on 12 stitches and then divide an increase until your fits your head and then just keep knitting until you run out of yarn

Yeah, it's not recommended to do multiple changes at once when you're aiming for a life time long change. This is something I also learnt recently... I was trying to get smaller at the gym, study a lot, get more positive and change my whole diet. Then I got kicked out from the school because I wasn't able to finish my degree in time even though they knew I was struggling with long covid which makes me constantly sick, I have "brain fogginess" etc. so it's was obvious that I wasn't slacking on purpose. This got me really depressed, I lost interest on my life change project (or grinding back to normal rather) and I got nothing done for couple of months and got even more depressed because of that :') We must learn to be kind to ourselves and accept that change will not happen overnight. I also think one of the reasons why people imagine that change is fast is probably because of social media. It gives a wrong image of the time which is spent and therefore I see that you're doing an important job here by sharing your journey ❤

Did you swatch the lace pattern top down or bottom up? I’m knitting a sweater with a lace stitch on the front. I tried to reverse the direction and it didn’t work so I had to frog and restart as I swatched. Luckily it looks fabulous!

I’ve got a simple blue summer top on the needles that I started last summer. It’s been in hibernation as I work on a colourwork sweater and a sweater with a lace front!

It would be nice to see your inspiration pictures from e.g. Pinterest about aesthetics in outfits, what you are trying to achieve and pictures of knits that you would like to knit in the future as well.
