I also need to tell you what you pointed at is the oil cooler block off plate, I snapped my bolt off in the pan trying to tighten it down because it looks the exact same. It’s most definitely your oil pan if you think it’s that still it’s like 10/15$ for a new gasket and it’s not a lot of torque and the bolts don’t snug they break 😅

I'm gonna power wash it tomorrow and see in couple of days if the leak still there I'll definitely update. Yeah hopefully I don't deal with broken bolts but I do have a good welder and bolt extractors .

Your oil pans seal on the gasket is leaking, my 2008 just started having the same issue more so after bad bushings on my sway bar. Just gotta use stop leak and hope it stops, I also use 10w-30 instead of the 5w they say. I also wonder if your able to pop it down and just seal it with a small crack then bolt it back up, mainly because I don’t want to drop the front differential 😅

To me, they're all pieces of matel. I also own Ford, Dodge, and Lexus. I like them but I'm not in love with them.

Idk Chevy is more reliable than other brands, the less I have to work on and the easier it is to repair makes it better than a lot of brands. But in my opinion Honda and Toyotas older models are absolute units. 2008 Honda civic with over 200k miles and a wobbly cam but it’s in Almsot perfect mechanical shape. Repairing the engine cost as much as the car so if it ever dies it’s turbo time for that 500hp 😂

I agree Toyota are way better but for the price and parts, chevy makes more sense.

I know what it is, they put a 3.5 instead of a 5.3 in it😂. For real tho, there's a gasket on the two bolts above the oil filter that might be leaking and above it is an oil tap that might be leaking

Correct, the gaskit was ok. The bolts weren't very tight. I put high temp sealant

Valve cover, oil sending unit(oil pressure switch), oil filter adapter, hoses leaking from oil cooler to filter adapter, the actual oil cooler leaking and drooling back on a cooler hose, oil pan gasket, oil dipstick tube,oil filter tube. Those are the possibilities the oil filter adapter will look greasy and oily nearly anytime there's a leak. Brake clean and wipe it clean, then watch it like a hawk and rule out where the leak is from top to bottom.
