UF is going to have the most FAST /QUICK WRs we have had since Meyer’s days at UF. Will be fun to watch as they put on weight and learn more of the playbook.

Dave does not realize that an immobile weak armed Mertz and a poor pass blocking 2022 RT limited what UF could do. More predictable. Those limitations are gone in 2025 with deep passer DJ and better OL. Now less predictable.

UF will be less predictable in 2025 as DJ will know the whole playbook and able to run. Plus DJ will be better at calling audibles with more experience.

What Dave does not understand is when you have a young QB who does not know the whole playbook you are more predictable. DJ’s hamstring injury limits what can do. Yet DJ won all his full games

System Experience matters. Top talent matters. UF will have both in 2025. We will be good in 2025 spite of Will’s “Negative Gators Breakdown”.

What Will does not understand is this young team will be less efficient in 2025 if throw a new system and OC at them. Young DJ will get better in existing system with more experience. Add DJ strength plays to existing system to keep teams on their toes.

Will still does not understand the $ side of the new NCAA. Paying 40 mil staff buyouts is dumb. Invest $ in players while a rare top QB has been landed.

Keeping existing system and OC = the many returning starters communicate better and react quicker in 2025 with added experience. Add new plays to system that emphasize DJ’s strengths.

DJ has limited college experience. Keeping existing system and OC will reduce confusion. DJ and returning OLs and WRs more efficient with more experience in the same system. 2024 was new to DJ so less efficient. Experience= quicker reaction time.

If Will Harris n Sunseri's teachings clash, we'll find out early if they cant stop anybody, especially if the miscommunication is bad.

The one thing i have learned about this staff is dont instant react. Raymond seemed like a HR hire and flopped while Chatman and Harris seemed mid and were great. Just wait for the games then judge

DJ Lagway. We got two years with that guy at QB. Make it count. I have 0% confidence in Billy Napier. Hopefully he proves me wrong but we have one of the most mediocre coaching staffs in America. These are not championship moves.

Risk it to biscuit was what Billy said. He never as much even sniffs burnt toast. Watch how Notre Dame squeezes out every ounce of talent from that roster. Napier needs to hire a coordinator and become the CEO. Otherwise his days as a P4 coach are going to be finished.

If we would have hired a splash DC, they would want to bring their own guys in. I'm good with our current defensive staff so good hire.

I applaud you for doing research. Billy is laying a physicality team and that comes with coaches being physical minded. I really can see what he is putting together. Sunseri was a physical player so that means he is physical minded

That was fine with the defensive staff I was more concerned as last year about OC or we continue in just dance around and leaving out the real problem or the real concern about getting offensive coordinator

UF will have great offense in 2025. More Experience in playbook will reduce mistakes. Sophomore QB DJ and a senior All American center knowing the existing playbook will reduce mistakes.

If Napier calls plays, the Gators will not perform their best unless he actually learns how to call plays much better. This is asking a lot. Calling plays exceptionally well takes a Spurrier. There aren't a lot of them around. If you don't have an offensive scheme that is exceptional, calling the right play becomes more of a problem.
