This mission cuts both ways. The good part is that it doesn't seem hard because you just have to destroy all stalls and the bad part that I understand why everyone hates this mission is because of time limit. But I couldn't agree more that this is one of the most hated mission.

Going Staunton->Portland->Vale is counterintuitive, but watching this vid made me realize how neat it is, since the downhill ride and the tunnel are easier to navigate than the city's streets. Seeing the video many years too late, but better late than never)

Yes its possible. If you collect 100 hidden packages to unlock the RPG at your Savehouse or if you collect the RPG from Shoreside Vale.

I had the Borgnine Taxi unlocked from completing 100 fares. I literally flipped it right by the Diablo turf, it caught on fire and exploded. I was still able to run and grab an entirely new Borgnine that spawned at the taxi building and still managed to win.

If you still have it, it would be faster. I always do it with Sniper myself. But you don't need to have great aim with the M60. So i think its easier or beginners.

You can also drive through the city beforehand and find all the espresso stands. The timer only starts once you have attacked the first one.

For the one in St. Marks, there's a little hill inside Salvatore's property, along the driveway, that you can stand on to rocket the target from well behind the wall and without having to expose yourself to the street.

I think 120 sec is possible with the banshee for this race. Actually the banshee is the easiest to drive sports car imo.

@@linuxtuxvolds5917 You can get between $2000 and $4000 depending on how many girls you deliver. If you only bring 4 girls, which would be enough to complete the mission, you only get 2000.
