Moreover, He said, choose LIFE-He is Life. There is no good, or life outside of Him. The Most High is a just God; He allows people to choose a side. Voting is serious, it's not just casting a ballot; it's choosing or coming into agreement with the person (the spirit behind the person)--their actions, agendas, and policies, which makes one a partaker. This is spiritual, not carnal. If the persons are (clearly) idolators, pagans, rebels, wicked doers, essentially ENEMIES of our ELOHIM, should we align ourselves to or with that person(s)? To be friends with the world is to be an enemy of the LORD. The Almighty said, come out from among them and be ye separate. We are set apart to be a light, not to partake. We are to be about our Father's business, which does not entail voting in an election that has absolutely NOTHING to do with Him. No amount of voting is going to change, delay, or offset anything. It behooves us all to repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Yeshua/Jesus is coming. He (alone) will change things! The wicked is going to be destroyed. Shalom.

God wants us to have an attitude of gratitude to please Him. Refusing to vote flies in the face of God : He gave us the freedom to vote, to reflect God's awesome gift of goodwill & freedom of choice. If I vote, I am endorsing that candidate. After watching the last few elections it is apparent I know no candidate good enough to endorse them. Secondly, I voted for Trump in 2020. I corrected my Political Status to an American State National. Therefore I am not a 14th Amendment US Citizen on the (corporate) Sea jurisdiction. I am from South Africa and firmly oppose voting. God warned the Israelites against seeking an earthly king, and now we see the results of relying on human rule. Instead, I choose to wait for the coming of the true Kingdom. To me, voting has become like the golden calf-a misplaced trust in a flawed system. While voting once held the power to create change, today it no longer matters. The system is rigged, and I see a nation under judgment.

I understand this position, Bill, but I'm still struggling. Choosing between "the lesser of two evils" means that you acknowledge you are voting FOR evil. For the sake of having less evil, you are actively choosing to have an evil person rule over you and your children... It seems to me there is no good option, which leads me to... I think we are being presented with a false appearance of "representative" government, that entices us to play in a rigged game. Perhaps refusing to vote IS resisting the devil by not playing in his corrupt and wicked system. As far as I know, Yah never encouraged national democracy. And I think the only leaders (kings) the Bible ever refers to as 'good' were those that followed Yah's Law...and that's certainly not on the ballot in 2024! We don't know if Paul would have voted. Yes, Daniel worked for Babylon govt, but he didn't vote them into power. Is paying taxes for the sake of peace the same as legitimizing evil authorities by voting them into power? Here in Canada the liberals and NDP are trying to entrap the conservatives about the women’s reproductive rights when in fact the conservative party has no plans in revisit on this sensitive topic. My view is this: the Word of Elohim is all to do with life. The world is all on the way of loving death, this includes the pro choice movement or womens reproductive rights that they now are so calling. Therefore if one wants to go and kill their unborn offspring (fetus) because of their selfishness then so be it, because it is still murder and they will be judged for that action if not repented of.
