weird that I'm commenting on a 5 y/o vid but you bringing up "the next generation of engineers" is kinda funny. I just graduated with my degree in Mechanical Engineering and my old buddy is going to be my boss at my first job that I start in a couple weeks ( he helped get me this job). But, when we were kids (9-13ish) we played with/ modded nerf guns all the time; in fact I specifically remember a video where you instructed us/ the world on modding the long shot and putting some McMaster Carr spring (K-90 something?) spring in the blaster. Regardless, you have had a huge impact on more people than you know, thank you and I hope you keep doing what you do <3

NERF, please, make an 8-14+ version of this. You can tell the designers actually thought through their overall design and had whimsy to spare. Make it a shark(shot)-gun with an articulating jaw that opens when you prime - Keep the fin-based priming mechanism. *chefs kiss* We don't need something that 'performs', just give us something cool and fun!

How you charge the obezz gun

This video is now a ~year old... just wondering if you ever got this blaster to fire correctly? (I see lots of comments about a different barrel/spring you should try - was the pre-built one you bought not built correctly or something?)... been eyeballing 3d printing this one myself with the OutOfDarts hardware kit, but your video (sorry, just bring honest) shows it shooting with absolutely horrible consistency (like my Leedle 3d printed ones using bungee cords seem to be WAY more consistent than this vid shows)... so you now have me second guessing the probably 50+ hours I would have to spend to print this (plus the money for the parts and filament). Thank you.

Honestly, this thing is really cool, but it's looking a little too airsoft for me. Though, I have never really understood why you would want to go to such high fps in the first place. I know high-level games dip into it regularly, but are you not still shooting inaccurate foam darts at people? Now add full-auto to the mix... It just seems like good way mess up your darts and _other players_ on the rare occasions you actually tag someone, but what do I know? Plus, I'm pretty sure that if even if I just plinked with this in my backyard, I'd still be a victim of police brutality in under 30 minutes
