@@Jocelyn_Doumani Hi Jocelyn Thank you so much 😊 We do a lot ourselves but in Italy it’s mandatory to have an architect or geometra to present the drawings in the commune for the building permit. So no matter what your skills are you are obliged to hire an Italian architect or geometra for the project. Ciao Cath

The house is spectacular! Thank you for sharing your story. I shared your yacht story with my husband. What a challenge! We’ve taken on projects like this too. We’re a bit older and now retired. We’re working on choosing our next chapter. Hopefully it will include a trip to Italy and include one of your places. Great vlog. Really inspiring!
