So far everything is well thought out and beautiful with a lot of attention to detail but how much needs to be spent to achieve what you have built? What did you have to pay for your house(s) before you started as a ruin and how much did you have to invest the renovation? Maybe break it out as in rough work and later finishing work which would vary depending on budget. Thanks for sharing!

oh my gosh, I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee the concept that you can help folks with fixing an old house. I love the way you have the bathrooms, they are simple and sleek in style and like you said, have space for things in a bathroom. I think you guys will do very well, because most folks don't know where to start when they want to purchase a property and get it fixed. You guys are amazing, I wish I was ready to make a move, but right now I am taking care of my 95 year old dad and can not commit to anything solid at the moment. My long life dream will be to retire and live in Italy. I love the way you took this old house and turned it into something amazing. It is amazing how my lake (I live there around and sailed in every corner, so I consider 'my' lake) can attract people. I have to say that you did a wonderful job in refurbish that home. I especially appreciate that you used (or re-used) local material like Moltrasio Stone o 'Sass de lai' which allow you to keep the magical "allure" of that villa incastonated in the lake contest. You have done an accurate, refined work that has respected the architecture of a historic residence: a job that the locals are often unable to do with the same spirit. Very well done. I am kind of confuse here though. On one hand you are willing to share with the whole world details about your personal life (age, profession, family, business ventures, whats going to be your source of income, sickness in the family, profession, etc) but you get defensive when one of your viewers ask you a valid question regarding the cost of a property you beatifully remodeled, and cost of remodeling it?. Most of us would like to have "an idea" about this, in order to see if this is something that might be viable for us too. Since you said in your videos that you "hope to inspire, and help others to take that step needed to change their live style" i just wanted to get a rough idea of how much a project like this could cost. that was all. I do understand that all this depends on the location, condition of the property, and what a person might want. Sorry to bother you and intrude your privacy. I guess i will have to watch other you tube channels where people can actually give their viewers more in depth information regarding possible cost for such projects. My husband and I , had been planning to relocate to italy for over a year, and regarless of your answer, let me tell you that you have contributed a little bit and inspired us to take in the near future such step. Hej Martin - Tak for de pæne ord 🤩 Vi havde rigtig svært ved at finde nogle lamper som understregede det dramatiske i rummet. Så måtte vi ty til alternative løsninger: en lille arbejdslampe i LED på omkring 5-7 watt som er skærmet af, af et stykke kobber plade, som er lavet på mål og skruet fast i væggen. For at det ikke stod og var for blankt så fik ydersiden et par behandlinger af noget saltvand for at sætte skub i irringen. Kun på ydersiden så kobberet reflekterer lyset lidt varmere. Kh Cath
