Watching this about 1.5 years after the surgery. Woah, how prescient y’all’s words were. About her losing weight fast for a while, but then gaining it since she won’t deal with the underlying psychological issues behind the binging & her issues with accountability. It is exactly what happened.

Looking back at this two years later, I think taking a step back from the internet would really do her some good. A lot of content creators that's been around as long as Alex have taken breaks. This line of work can be exhausting enough, but espeically when you're as open as Alex. KZbin isn't reality tv--everything in your life shouldn't be shared on the internet (this goes for everyone). I think what started out as something small and w good intentions took a different turn as time went on, which happens w a lot of things once money is involved. I won't project or come to conculsions but for someone that has such high anxiety alone, being SO open on internet isn't serving her any justice.

Imho, by this time Max was already living with Mimi and had been rehomed to them by Nancy. They never planned to tell her followers and only did so very recently, because so many people kept asking and asking where he was. Animals are totally disposable to these two awful women. Max has been with her grandparents for well over a year.

And of course, Max is long gone and now lives with her grandparents because Nancy rehomed him to them. Like mother like daughter and they just secretly got another dog from a horrible puppy mill and tried to hide it from her viewers. They're HORRIBLE towards animals and should be prevented from ever having any. 🤬

She has recently mentioned that she does employ a cleaning team , I don’t remember if she said once a week or once a month. I think she will be shocked at the difference in her life once she has a baby.. no nipping out shopping all the time.. she will need a nanny for sure if she wants to continue like that.

People think with WLS that you just eat less and can still eat junk. You have less stomach which means you absorb less nutrients from food so you HAVE TO eat all nutritious foods and take your bariatric vitamins daily. I exercise daily and have lost 160 lbs

I stopped watching Alex a long time ago because all she does is shop, eat, and show off the expensive things she buys. She’s no longer a relatable person. She’s strictly a self-manufactured content creator. No substance whatsoever. Just hauls, get ready with me, and eating. Back before she got with the dude she married, back when she lived in her Mom’s attic or whatever it was, she was fun and had enjoyable content. Also her subscriber count doesn’t seem to ever move up. It’s plateaued. Seems like people are realizing she’s now materialistic and shallow. Everything now is so contrived. Same with Annica and Jennica’s channel. They got that youtube money and moved into a fancy apartment and now they’re trying to live like an influencer. Constant vacations, shopping trips, and low key bragging on their nice stuff. It’s like they’re trying to be Kardashians or Jenners while claiming to be real life Gilmore Girls. Getting pregnant at 13 doesn’t make you Lorelai Gilmore. And Lorelai wasn’t trying to jetset around the world and post about all the crap she buys. She raised her daughter in a small town, did what she needed to do and didn’t live beyond her means.

I used to really enjoy Alex and even now I can’t say I dislike her. My disappointment is how empty her videos are. She doesn’t do anything productive and it’s the same content over and over. Her husband is the most monotone boring individual and there doesn’t seem to be any love or passion in that marriage. She has the Platform and potential to do awesome things but she’s stuck in this place.

She does have someone clean her house she said in one of her blogs. She really is not ready to have kids because emotionally and mentally I don’t think she’s there. I feel like she needs to have someone to be stable because if she doesn’t have a man she is lonely and not happy with her self

Alex looks so pretty here. She doesn't even look overweight, just healthy with maybe a few extra pounds like we all have. Now she looks like a 50 year old lady with all the weight she carries around. I def agree with the comments about her mom failing her, her mom seems like an enabler who sees her daughter tipping the scales but won't say anything or help her realize the seriousness of it. Yar doesn't strike me as someone who is attracted to overweight girls, but married her so he could be comfortable financially and also seems like he enables her and could care less if she's 500 lbs. I think she will have a very hard time getting pregnant even after this surgery. She doesn't look like she lost anymore than 20-30 lbs total and its been over a year. She still looks almost exactly the same as she did pre surgery.

She has 100% given up on her weight loss too, she's back to eating huge portions. What a mess.

Has anyone been watching her Vlogmas? It’s so boring. I don’t think she should give anyone advice. I really used to like her! When she met Yarmayn she changed. Almost every video is cringe worthy but I’ve watched her for so long… it’s like a friend you’ve had since grammar school. You can’t just quit them.

Why do people care if she’s using her experience in social media to help others and maintain a life for herself? I don’t see anything wrong with us, and the fact that people are mad about it is actually pretty comical, why be mad at somebody who wants to make a living for themselves? I think it’s pure jealousy.
