They police theirselves and have the lowest standards, the academy is setup as a paramilitary standard that is not acceptable in law enforcement standard of this time and age. They want new people to do as they told, that's why they train you this way. You are sworn to uphold the Constitution, but if they tell you different you must obey or they get rid of you real fast, not many troopers make it past the 1st year let alone the 3rd year, big turn over in the agency that should be more publicized! The ones that make are the bad cops that shouldn't have and that's the structure of the agency, bad cops!
