Gumpaste is preferable as it's easier to handle and can be thinned to get a more delicate finish.

I love using wafer paper but I cannot get it to work in a veiner! I’ve tried conditioner etc but it never works it either rips or sticks ! What am I doing wrong ?? These look so pretty and the whole cake is adorable !
