That ambience intro sounds like Bullet For My Valentine's Shatter. After that, it sounds Sleeping With Siren's In Case of Emergency, Dial 411 & If You Can't Hang

Sounds cool as hell but the bpm is off from the original vocal track so it doesn't quite line up at parts.

@@dio.saurus I’ve always loved the look and sound of Tele’s. I’ve seen quite a few all black ones on social media lately, I might have to break the banks for one 😂. What model is yours?

@@Jt7166 Hey, it's a 27 inch baritone ESP E II T-B7, perfect for low tunings. Quite a thick neck which is suited for rhythms players.

Couple questions: I noticed the rhythm guitar input and output signal level is in the orange, should it be brought into the green or is orange still optimal? Also, noticed the spectral matching and level matching is at full or near full level. Have you tried it at say, 30% or, what instance would you change these settings and what do they do in your opinion?
@dio.saurus6 ай бұрын
Hey. I always record as hot as possible without going into the red. Orange is totally okay, even red here and there is fine. You need a healthy level so if it’s too low, you won’t be using your plugins most effectively. You want the saturation from the amp. I put it on 100% just for the effect and this video. I’d say with older strings it’s definitely more noticeable, my strings were fresh when I recorded it.
