man, what an incredible project, mario bros deluxe is my definitive game of the classic mario bros, for all the extras the game has, seeing all this included with graphical improvements from all stars+ charles martinet's voices is a dream come true congratulations

difference between in the logo of the Variants Variant 1-5: same as the logo for sonic 1 but sonic is sad Variant 6-9: sonic is injured and the name is now "please let it end" Variant 10: name is still "please let it end" but sonic is glitchy now

You can use a power up in this. Only when it turns monochrome, then it won’t function like normal as touching a power up will revert the level back to normal

if there's an advise for any update I'd give you is that you nerf the the world system, given how easy it is to escape Luigi by hitting any block in the game regardless if it's a block with a power up, a coin or a breakable one. a possible solution? you have it right in front of you, the power ups such as the super mushroom, the fire flower, the star, any power up, since they're the equivalent to the monitors in the Sonic games

11:22 for a "kidified" version of the game, they include hammer brother ambushes but not regular MF (unless they do in newer Softendo versions)
